In our journey through life, dreams are a fascinating window into our inner world. Every night, while we sleep, our mind is immersed in a universe of images, emotions and symbolism that can offer valuable clues to our deepest desires, fears and yearnings.
Carl Jung said that the function of dreams is to try to restore our psychological balance. Many times, we wake up and the dream seems so real, generating a great impact on us. They may leave an aftertaste, which accompanies us for days, even years. Sometimes, we have recurring dreams, which little by little make a dent in us.
Dream work is a profound journey into oneself, where the guide is you, truly you.
Dreams are the reflection of the soul, looking at ourselves can help us to resolve inner conflicts, to find the path to ourselves, to return to our essence.
Dreamwork invites you to explore and understand the meaning behind the mirror. Through a personalized approach, I will guide you in the process of unraveling the messages your dreams have for you.
If you are interested in taking the first step toward greater connection with yourself, there are two options for doing dream work:
- Work a dream: when you are looking for interpretation of a specific dream. Price: 40 €.
- Work a month of dreams: in this case we will work with dreams week by week, a total of 3 batches of 3 dreams each. Each week you send me 3 dreams, then I will answer you with the interpretations and some annotations for reflection, exercises to do, readings to do. You set the pace. Price: 200 €.
You send me the dream in writing. For each character that appears, you write three adjectives. If it is someone you know, adjectives about the waking state, and if you don't know them, about the impression they make on you in the dream.
For example: I was with my mother (affectionate, intense, demanding), we go shopping in a store and a man (taciturn, serious, quiet) attends us.
Sometimes, with people we don't know, there is not much interaction to get the 3 adjectives out, in that case, it would be the most you can.
